All our fire exit doors are made to measure individually and can be provided with or without a certified Fire Rating. Our Fire Rated fire exit doors are independently tested by Chiltern International Fire to BS476: Part 22 1987 for a minimum of 4 hours fire resistance.

The doors are made from Zintec treated steel to resist corrosion, the leaf is 45mm thick manufactured from 1.2mm thick steel, heavier duty door leafs are available made from 1.5mm & 2mm thick steel available as an option, the doors are fitted with an integral anti jemmy strip.

They can be provided in a range of standard powder coated finishes or non-standard for an additional cost. Alternatively we can supply the doors in a primer finish only or without any finish. We advise however that they are supplied in a powder coated or primer finish.

Our range comes with a variety of options including single, 2 and 3 point panic bars or with a push pad to allow easy escape from the building. If the consumer wants access from outside, we can provide the doors with an external override so that personnel can gain entry.
