Description, Prices & Product information.
We take care to describe and show the items as accurately as possible, we carry out regular checks that the prices are correct, if an error is made and we under price a door we will not be liable to supply the door at the stated price.

All prices include delivery within the UK (with the exception of Scotland where there will be an additional charge) but exclude VAT, the online prices are for supplying one door.

Please call the office on 0121 445 2587 if you intend to order more than one door to be delivered at the same time, we will be able to give you lower price.

Please note online prices will differ from office quoted prices.

Payments
We will only manufacture the equipment after we have received payment, there may be an extra 2.5% charge for payment by credit card, customers can apply to open a trade account (subject to a credit check) but first order has to be placed on a pro forma invoice basis.

Order Confirmations
Drawings will be produced for all doors including online orders, customers are asked to check and confirm that the drawing is correct before the door is put into manufacture, once in production it will not be possible to make any alterations or to cancel.

Availability/Returns
All the equipment we supply is custom made and can usually be supplied within 10 working days although some specialist doors may take longer, because they are made to measure we will not be able to accept returns.

Deliveries
We will notify the customer in writing (usually email) of the delivery date and delivery address, we ask customers to have somebody available to help unload the door.

The customer is expected to check and sign for the number of items received, damaged items should be notified within 3 days of receiving the delivery.

If we are unable to deliver the equipment on the designated day and address (the customer has not informed us of requiring a change) we will charge a minimum of £100 + vat for a re-delivery
